I made this helmet from a standard Jango Fett helmet, reshaping the ear base, cheeks, brow, and back, inspired by the wolves of the planet Lothal in the Star Wars Rebels cartoon. This was a job for a friend, but with her permission, I made a mold and began casting more, with the promise I won’t let anyone near her get one, so she won’t have another at an event she attends ;).

These are slush cast with rigid urethane resin, so the inner surface is often inconsistent. The inside may be lumpy and require cleanup on the bottom edge. The outside always comes out the same though. A standard T-visor (I recommend www.t-visor.com) and standard Boba Fett or Jango Fett ears should fit this helmet (although the left ear base is bigger than Boba or Jango to make it symmetrical).

Here’s interior measurements of one cast. Since they’re slush cast by hand, the inside can vary, but the exterior is always nearly identical to a screen used Boba Fett helmet (compared to my Mystery cast and RS Prop Masters).

And I can include Boba/Jango style “ears” that will fit this helmet. It’s not ideal, since my helmet has symmetrical ear bases, while the Boba/Jango right ear is wider than the left. Also, right now, my right ear is not set up to house a rangefinder stalk as cast. That would be better done with a base cast separately with the space for the stalk, and a cap (thinner than the piece I cast) to cover it and allow rotation.
